Introducing solids, or family foods, to a baby is an exciting time for parents, but also comes with a lot of worry as to the when, how and what to feed them. This is a big topic and we have a lot of information on our website, but in our chat we’ll be looking at the main areas that parents have concerns about. We’ll start with the ‘when’ of introducing solids.

ABA meet ups are welcoming and informal. All mothers are welcome at our meets, whether you are currently breastfeeding, have weaned already, or have not breastfed your baby for whatever reason.
Sometimes we plan to share information and thoughts about breastfeeding and parenting and other times we chat. Breastfeeding is a learned skill so most mums need some help along the way. Join us to enjoy the company and collective wisdom of other mums with children of various ages. Get in touch if you have any questions at all.
A trained Breastfeeding Counsellor is generally available at our meet up to speak with you about any particular breastfeeding issues or concerns you have.
Come and join us for a cuppa at the cafe. We will buy your first drink. Meet inside. We will be seated near the children's play corner
