Come along, have a fun morning at the park, walk and talk and meet other mums and babies in the local area. Invite a pregnant friend or a friend with a new baby or a toddler to come along with you.

If you can manage to bring a plate of healthy food to share for morning tea that would be great if not just come along and share with us. 

Bring hats and sunscreen, buckets and spades, bikes and scooters for a fun morning at the park.
