Come along we'll have a discussion about Post Natal Depression -What is it?  What to look for and what can you do to help?

If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, bottle feeding, pumping, mix feeding or fully weaned, you are more than welcome to come.
Plenty of space for prams, and toddlers to play. Coffee and tea provided.

A breastfeeding counsellor will be there for advice, questions and to run the discussion topic.
