For our last catch up for the term, let's get active and go for a walk in Toohey Forest! 

We will meet in the Toohey Picnic Area, and head off on the pram friendly Toohey Ridge Track walk (approx 3km). Following our walk, we can enjoy a snack and a chat in the picnic area. 

This is a great opportunity to meet other local mums, bubs, older children and families. All are welcome! Let's share our experiences, and provide some support and encouragement for those who may need it.

A trained breastfeeding counsellor will be available to speak to.
