Through pregnancy, birth and breastfeeding, our bodies go through an incredible transformation at each stage. Since becoming a mother, Kate has found a passionate for helping other mums embrace the inner power that pregnancy and childbirth has given them.

Come along to this session to learn about the importance of a women’s health physio and how to have a safe return to exercise after having a baby.

Kate will lead a talk/discussion about the recovery process during the postnatal period and how exercise can benefit it. This will be follow by some guided exercise that suit most mums pre and postnatal

Bring: Water bottle and a towel
Everyone is welcome- all bodies shake and size, babies & toddlers, partners and pregnant mums.
