Sleep and how much your baby sleeps is always a cause for concern for parents.
Questions can often be focused on what can be done to make the baby sleep through the night or for longer stretches.
Sometimes the key to coping is understanding why babies wake at night and what’s normal in the way of sleep for babies.
So we’ll talk about these today as well as some strategies for minimising disruptions and tiredness caused by you baby or toddler waking at night.
Connect & Share sessions involve getting together to participate in a facilitated group chat on a particular topic.
After a general welcome and introduction we will have around 15-20 minutes of formal discussion on the chosen topic, followed by informal social time and individual support with a breastfeeding counsellor.
For attendees wanting to find out more on the topic, the facilitator will direct them to supporting ABA resources.
Participants are encouraged to share experiences, ask questions, and provide input.
This is a very relaxed meet up – it’s fine if you come late/leave early – we know what it’s like to be operating on baby time!
Partners, expectant parents, friends, and children are welcome.
