Come and join us to connect with other parents and discuss the hottest baby topic of all, sleep, at Carrington Community Centre, 1A Hargrave St, Carrington 2294.  We'll talk about what to expect from your baby in the first year and beyond, how to get more rest, and how feeding affects sleep, as well as any questions you may have.

Ask your questions, share your experiences, meet new friends and get support from a breastfeeding counsellor. Whether you are awaiting the arrival of your first baby, breastfeeding or bottle feeding – all mothers, fathers, their children, support people and friends are most welcome to attend our meetings and social gatherings. 

Street parking is available near Carrington Community Centre and the venue is accessible via the number 24 bus from Marketown or Wallsend.
