Sleep and how much your baby sleeps is always a cause for concern for parents. Our questions are often focused on what can be done to make the baby sleep through the night. Sometimes the key to coping is understanding why babies wake at night and what’s normal in the way of sleep for babies. So we’ll talk about these as well as some strategies for minimising disruptions and tiredness caused by your baby or toddler waking at night.
We are not locked into this topic and can chat freely about any breastfeeding challenges you might be facing, or simply catch up about being parents. There will be Breastfeeding Counsellors present if you have any questions, and it's a good opportunity to catch up with other parents in a breastfeeding-supportive environment.
