Sleeping like a baby? Don't we all wish it was that easy!

Sleep can be a surprisingly challenging part of parenting and it is reassuring to be able to talk about what is really going on with others.

We will talk about the realities and facts about sleep and discuss strategies, tips and practical approaches to support you and your baby.

All questions welcome and also please still come if all you want is just to meet others and have a cuppa and chat.
