Sleep and how much your baby sleeps is always a cause for concern for parents. Our questions are often focused on what can be done to make the baby sleep through the night. Sometimes the key to coping is understanding why babies wake at night and what’s normal in the way of sleep for babies. At this session we will talk about some strategies for minimising disruptions and tiredness caused by your baby or toddler waking at night.
And as always, a breastfeeding counsellor is available to answer any questions about breastfeeding.
We have a lovely airconditioned Playgroup Room with an adjoining outdoor covered playground.
If you can, please bring a plate to share for morning tea. Tea & Coffee is provided – or stop by the nearby café on your way.
Not made it to an ABA meeting before? We'd love you to join us for this or any of our meet ups. It's a great chance to meet other local parents. Bring your partner, other family or friends – Everyone is welcome.
*A gentle reminder that if you or your little one is unwell, please stay home and we will look forward to seeing you another time*
