Hi, Mamas, carers and partners!

First of all — congratulations! You’ve kept a tiny human (or more!) alive solely on milk, love, and probably a little caffeine. That’s no small feat. Now comes an exciting (and slightly messy) new adventure: starting solids! Whether you’re feeling totally pumped or totally puzzled (or a bit of both) join us to learn more about this exciting step at the Boobook Room at the Mary Davies Library and Community Centre on the 17^th of September.

Family, friends and older children are welcome to join us. We have a fenced-in outdoor play space and indoor toys to keep toddlers entertained.

Tea and coffee are provided, along with a safe space to discuss any issues you may be experiencing in your breastfeeding journey with a counsellor. A share plate for morning tea is appreciated, but not required.
