Starting solids is an exciting time for families but with so much information out there, it can be overwhelming. It can really help to be prepared. Join us as we talk about signs that your baby is ready for family foods, where to start and how to cope with the mess!

Of course it is also a great opportunity to come and meet other mums and catch up, so you are welcome to join us regardless of the age of your baby.  There will be time to ask other questions and just enjoy each others company. Babies and children of all ages welcome. 

We will meet at the Coburg North Meeting Room located at Shop 19/180 Gaffney Street, Coburg North at 9.30am.

Morning Tea will be provided. 

This is an indoor meeting room located at the Coles complex near Snap Fitness. 

Group leader and qualified breastfeeding counsellor Simone will be facilitating the meetup and can answer any breastfeeding questions you may have. See you there.
