Having a baby is a big change, and they don't come with instructions. The early days and weeks can feel like a blur and many of us are worried if we are getting it right.

Breastfeeding, although natural, is also a learned art between a mother and her baby. The more information and support we have as breastfeeding mums, the easier the learning process becomes. Mums who receive correct information and support are more likely to breastfeed successfully and feel more confident to respond to their baby’s individual needs.
