ABA catch ups are welcoming and informal and they are FREE. All mothers are welcome at our meetings, whether you are currently breast- feeding, have weaned already, or have not breastfed your baby for whatever reason. Some meetings are to share information and thoughts about breastfeeding and parenting and others are just to catch up and chat. Breastfeeding is a learned skill so most mums need some help along the way. A trained Breastfeeding Counsellor is available at our catch ups to speak with you about any particular breastfeeding issues or concerns you have.
