Many mums are concerned about their milk supply. It can help to know how breastfeeding works and the ups & downs of milk supply. Sometimes we just need a few strategies to help our supply match our baby's needs. Join us to learn more about managing and maintaining your supply. And also help us celebrate the upcoming Xmas season.

- Signs baby is getting enough
- Common dips and what helps
- Pumping and expressing basics
All Welcome!! Bring your partner, a friend or other family and come along. It's a great chance to meet other local parents.
Tea and coffee is provided or grab something from the nearby cafe and if you can bring a plate to share it will be appreciated. There is plenty of parking on site.
As always, a breastfeeding counsellor is available to answer any questions about breastfeeding.
All our events are baby, toddler and pram-friendly. Come when you can and leave when you need to - we know mornings with little ones don't always go to plan!
