This week: Weaning. Right from the start some mums have an idea about how long they will breastfeed. This predicted time is often influenced by their own ideas and maybe social and family pressures. While some stick to their original plan, many go on to breastfeed for longer than planned. But eventually all babies wean. Today we'll look at why we might wean, how to go about weaning and the emotions we might feel as and after our baby weans.

✅ Free private drop-in breastfeeding help – Our qualified ABA volunteers are here to support you - no booking needed.
✅ Free playgroup/parents' group – Open to everyone: pregnant, breastfeeding, bottle-feeding, mixed feeding, expressing, weaned.
✅ Flexible & relaxed – Come late, leave early, or just drop in for a cuppa! Chat with others or enjoy some quiet time - it’s up to you.
✅ Family-friendly space – Toddlers & older kids welcome! Indoor toys + a safe fully fenced and gated outdoor playground. Partners & family members encouraged to join too.
☕ Free tea/coffee & morning tea – Because parenting runs on snacks!

💙 No membership required – All are welcome, anytime. LGBTQI+ friendly.
