Join us for a relaxed morning with local parents, babies and kids. We’ll chat about the ups and downs of the festive season, from juggling events and family gatherings to coping with travel, changes in daily rhythm, or simply the overwhelm of it all.

It’s a casual catch-up, and if you have breastfeeding questions, a qualified ABA Breastfeeding Counsellor will be there to offer friendly support and info.

You don’t have to be breastfeeding to come along. ABA is here to support all parents. Expectant parents, mums, dads, carers and support people are all welcome.

Bring a plate to share if you’d like, or just something for yourself – tea and coffee provided. Invite a friend, and come as you are!
