Stuck with giving your baby too many top-up bottles? Many mums find it hard to get back to full breastfeeding once they start formula top-ups. Join us as we talk about how the supply and demand principle and simple tips to manage the top-ups as you increase your milk supply.

Doors open at 10am for a cuppa & chat with other parents while toddlers play in the inside playground. Find us near the indoor playground and café AND our first cuppa is on us!

Then our topic discussion will start from around 11am.  Parking onsite or public transport to the door.

We welcome everyone to come along regardless of the stage you and your baby are at. A trained breastfeeding counsellor will lead a discussion but your questions and sharing of experiences help contribute to learning together.

Want to ask questions about a different topic? Come along regardless - we tailor the conversation around those who attend or you can chat to a volunteer before/afterwards.
