The Leadership Engagement Support Team Working Group aims to enable ABA's mission by ensuring that volunteer leadership is promoted, supported and celebrated.
About the role
As part of ABA's Leadership Engagement Support Team Working Group, you will help to:
- maintain a national overview of all ABA leadership support currently available including access, documentation, and face-to-face support.
- recommend and support the development of ABA leadership training, resources and support programs
The hours required by the role are flexible. You will need to be able to commit to attending a minimum of 6 meetings per year. Additional hours may be required to review papers ahead of meetings and other activities.
Key skills
- Experience as a leader within ABA desirable but not essential
- Ability to prioritise tasks, manage workload and meet deadlines
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Location
This is a remote volunteer role that can be done from anywhere in Australia.
