Are you passionate about championing improvements to the experiences of breastfeeding for mothers and parents in Australia? We are seeking a Membership Engagement Liaison to join the Association.
About the role
- Enhance awareness of the Association and its services and products
- Enage and convert PBC Expo visitors to financial members
- Engage and convert Helpline/LiveChat callers to financial members
- Represent ABA in person or remotely as required/available to external audiences including 1-2-1 talks, presentations, display tables and community events
Key responsibilities
- Follow up with leads generated from various sources including, website, social, Helpline callers and mum to me app, to convert callers to financial members
- Utilise up-to-date ABA resources, promotional materials and presentations as found in the Volunteer Manual
- Adhere to the Australian Breastfeeding Association’s Code of Conduct.
- Work as a cooperative team member and contribute to a motivating environment.
Skills and desired experience
- Sales experience
- Business development experience
- ABA volunteer or professional member
- Identifying new audiences to convert to financial members.
- Familiarity with a lead to conversion environment
- Basic system or database knowledge
Location
This is a remote volunteer role that can be done from anywhere in Australia.
