This refund policy (“Policy”) applies to all purchases from the Australian Breastfeeding Association, unless stated otherwise.
Cooling Off Period
You can request a refund for your membership within the first 48 hours of your membership being activated. A refund will not be given for memberships which have accessed benefits such as, but not limited to, discounts for Breastfeeding Education Classes, attendance at free workshops or printed resources. Upon notification of your request for a refund we will consider the request and send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection.
Outside of the cooling off period refunds are not offered on memberships.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund.
To be eligible for a refund, your physical item must be returned unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 business days.
Digital resources, classes such as Breastfeeding Education Classes and Virtual Village sessions are non-refundable.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We suggest using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
