Becoming a volunteer member is the first step towards supporting mums, parents and families as an ABA volunteer.
Volunteer membership is only available to those who are taking on a volunteer position with ABA.
Volunteering in your local group
If you are taking on a volunteer role with your local group, such as group activities organiser, group communications facilitator or group treasurer, you need to have discussed this with a volunteer in your group before progressing.
Volunteering in an ABA working group
If you are joining a national ABA working group, you must have discussed this with the working group coordinator.
Becoming a volunteer breastfeeding counsellor or educator
If you intend on enrolling in the Certificate IV in Breastfeeding Education to become a breastfeeding counsellor or educator, you must have read the pre-course information and have contacted your local ABA group.
