Payment for your membership fee:

  • By credit card (Visa or MasterCard) through our secure payment gateway, eWay. Payments will be processed in a few seconds and you will receive an email from eWay confirming your payment.  If you do not receive that email please ring us on 03 9690 4620 9 am-5 pm M-F as you may have entered your email address incorrectly.
  • If you do not have a credit card please contact our National Support Office between 9am-5pm Monday to Friday on 03 9690 4620.

Delivery information

  • A welcome pack will be sent via Australia Post from our National Support Office in Melbourne within 7 working days of a membership being purchased. Please allow sufficient time for these to reach you from Melbourne.
  • The welcome pack contains details of how to access member services or you can find out how to access your member benefits by visiting My ABA in the ABA website. You will need to login first.

Refunds

  • Refunds are not available. Membership suspensions are occasionally available in extenuating circumstances.

Please note:

  • Prices are in Australian dollars.
  • Your tax invoice/receipt will be emailed to you.
  • Donations of $2.00 or more are deductible gifts for Australian taxation purposes.
  • One ABA booklet can be purchased now and posted in your membership welcome pack.  If you wish to purchase more than one booklet please do so by purchasing on our online shop
