Literature search requests
Professional members of the Australian Breastfeeding Association can request literature searches to help answer their specific questions or for provision of scientific references1 via the contact form found here - https://abaprofessional.asn.au/consultations-with-scientific-information-officer/. Professional members need to be logged in to access this form. If you cannot remember your password, you can request a reset via the ABA for Health Professionals website https://abaprofessional.asn.au/
ABA Volunteers are able to contact the Breastfeeding Information and Research (BIR) team for situations where the question they have cannot be answered by the existing information on our website by emailing bir@breastfeeding.asn.au

Complaints and appeals
The Australian Breastfeeding Association strives to resolve all complaints and appeals.
If you cannot resolve a dispute through direct communication with the relevant parties, you may lodge a formal complaint.
