Here's a great place to start! Discover the incredible world of volunteering and training with ABA at our information session, and chat and play group meeting.

 

We will have some craft and activities to occupy any older children you want to bring (given that it is school holidays!) 

 

This will be a relaxed group catch up where we will meet everyone and their little people where they're at. 

 

With ABA, every effort is a step toward supporting mothers, babies, and families to reach their breastfeeding goals. Together we can:

Develop new skills and qualifications.

Make a profound difference in your community.

Forge new friendships and have a blast while doing it!

 

The Australian Breastfeeding Association has around 800 volunteers across Australia who provide many of the Association’s services to mums. Volunteers are involved in local and national programs. Many give time to support mums via Helpline, LiveChat, perinatal education and our local groups. In today’s session we will be discussing the types of volunteer opportunities available within the Association at a local group level and what’s involved in volunteering with ABA. You will have an opportunity to ask us lots of questions.
