Friday, 16 January 2026 at 9.30am is Maitland's New Year meet-up for a Chat & Play at Honest Vine Cafe connected next to East Maitland Library. We are in the middle of the hot Summer season where heat waves are imminent and natural emergencies are possible. Let's chat about breastfeeding during these times.

Come along for a cuppa, a chat and any toddlers can have a bite and a play at the nearby playground (supervision is required as it's a few meters from the cafe and not fenced). 

This is a welcoming, casual meet-up open to anyone who supports breastfeeding. You don't have to be a member to come along. Bring your baby, toddler, child, a friend or family member and connect with others. There will be an Australian Breastfeeding Counsellor present if you have any particular questions or need extra support.
