Supply – What’s Normal?
Understanding how breastfeeding works and how milk supply is maintained can be really helpful for many families. Every breastfeeding journey looks a little different, and supply can change over time as your baby grows and your feeding routines evolve.
At this session, we’ll explore what’s considered “normal” when it comes to milk supply, how the body adjusts in the early weeks and beyond, and share some gentle, practical strategies that can support you along the way.
As always, there’ll be a cuppa, casual chat and playtime for the little ones. Bring your supply or breastfeeding questions – a Breastfeeding Counsellor will be there to help!
