Join us for an interactive discussion where we’ll explore real-life scenarios from our helpline (anonymised, of course!). Share your perspectives, learn from others’ experiences, and discover the wide range of support options available. All viewpoints are welcome in this non-judgmental space.

✅ Free playgroup/parents' group – Open to everyone: pregnant, breastfeeding, bottle-feeding, mixed feeding, expressing, weaned.
✅ Flexible & relaxed – Come late, leave early, or just drop in for a cuppa! Chat with others or enjoy some quiet time - it’s up to you.
✅ Family-friendly space – Toddlers & older kids welcome! Indoor toys + a safe fenced outdoor playground. Partners & family members encouraged to join too.
☕ Free tea/coffee & morning tea – Because parenting runs on snacks!
