We will be joined by a qualified Yoga instructor, sharing details of how to look after our bodies with Yoga and guiding us through a mini-yoga session - all with bubs close by.

We've hired a special venue with a large space to accommodate movement.

Our Guest Speaker meetings are an added benefit of ABA Membership.
