You've all heard people say the most peculiar things about breastfeeding and breastmilk. 

At our First Thursday of the Month, 4th April, we'll share some of these and marvel at how breastfeeding knowledge has changed as research has shed light on breastmilk and breastfeeding. 

We might start off with "you'll have to stop breastfeeding once she gets teeth" or "breastmilk has no nutritional value for babies over one".   I know you've heard lots more.
