Sleeping like a baby. What does this mean?
Join us as we talk about normal baby and toddler sleep patterns and share tips on how to cope with interrupted sleep. Discussions vary to meet the needs of those present and there will always be time for other breastfeeding and parenting questions.
It is also a great opportunity to meet local mums over morning tea. We welcome you whether you are pregnant, partially or fully breastfeeding or bottle feeding. We are non judgemental and supportive of all parents however you wish to feed your baby
This is a very relaxed meet up – it’s fine if you come late/leave early – we know what it’s like to be operating on baby time!
We welcome partners, expectant parents, support people, children and babies.
Volunteer counsellors are available to provide free and confidential one to one breastfeeding information and counselling. You can grab a quiet corner with a counsellor for private counselling.
There is ample parking on site at The Craig Centre.
