Starting solids can be such an exciting and stressful milestone, all in one basket.

Knowing when to start and what to start with can be two of the biggest questions you'll ask yourself or your community.

At this meeting we will go through, signs, types of feeding styles, what not to do for oral health, how breastfeeding or bottle feeding plays a part in the solids transition and so much more.

Even if your little one isn't ready for this stage, please pop along. All are welcome. Family, friends, kids.

A counsellor will be availble for any questions you might have whether its topic related or not. 

Tea & Coffee is provided along with a safe play space for the little ones. A share plate is always appreaciated but not essential.
