Many mothers successfully combine a return to work or study with continued breastfeeding. Like most things, a little planning goes a long way. In this session, we'll discuss options for breastfeeding and working, how to engage your support network and practical tips for adjusting to this new phase of life with a breastfed baby or toddler.
There will be a Breastfeeding Counsellor present if you have an individual breastfeeding question or are needing some support.
This is a very relaxed meet up – it’s fine if you come late/leave early – we know what it’s like to be operating on baby time!
