More about our group

Welcome to the Blue Mountains Group. We would love for you to join us at a meeting:

We are holding breastfeeding discussion meetings on Tuesdays (generally the 4th Tuesday of the month) in Springwood at the downstairs hall of 4 Lewin St, Springwood and 3rd Wednesday of the month in Lawson at Heatherbrae.

We also meet in Katoomba at the Gingerbread House Cafe on the 2nd Thursday of each month.

Or join us for a casual playgroup meet on 2nd Tuesday of each month at Blaxland Community Centre on St Johns Rd.

We also hold some extra meeings on Thursdays at Warrimoo and informal park catch ups from time to time - check out our calendar or bulletin for more details.

3rd WednesdayLawson Morning Tea + Discussion
4th TuesdaySpringwood Breastfeeding Discussion Meeting

Join us at a meeting for friendly sharing of parenting wisdom and yummy morning tea. If you are having a good day please bring a plate to share, we provide tea (including herbal) and coffee, and for a gold coin donation you can have a "real" coffee or hot chocolate from our machine (with money raised going to a great cause - our group!). No pressure and you are welcome with or without a plate!

A breastfeeding counsellor is usually available at our discussion meetings if you need to talk though any breastfeeding questions and our Playdate is facilitated by a breastfeeding educator who will be happy to answer your breastfeeding questions. Mums, dads, children and support people are all welcome at our meetings.

We have an active closed Facebook page for financial members, send a request to join at www.facebook.com/groups/abalowerbluemtns

We hope to see you at a meeting soon!
