Welcome to our group
In the interest of our community’s health and safety, The Hills Group has decided to temporarily suspend our in-person Group Meetings while the COVID-19 outbreak is ongoing.

The Hills Group meet on the first Friday of the month for a Mums and Bubs playgroup and the third Friday for a mum2mum topic meeting at Glenhaven Community Centre 76 Glenhaven Rd, Glenhaven NSW 2156 starting at 10am.
You can come along and meet new friends, chat to and get hints and tips from other mothers who've 'been there' and talk to a trained, volunteer breastfeeding counsellor or educator if needed. Our local group is looked after by trained, volunteer breastfeeding counsellors who live in the area.
With the current restrictions on in-person gatherings, many local groups across Australia are running virtual and online get-togethers. You can view our national calendar of events to find a full listing, and attend a group anywhere in Australia.
More about our group
Welcome to The Hills Group of the Australian Breastfeeding Association.
Everyone is welcome to attend their local group. Whether you are pregnant, fully breastfeeding, partially breastfeeding, expressing or bottle-feeding you will be welcomed. Partners, friends and grandparents are also welcome to come along.
ABA members can attend unlimited get-togethers anywhere in Australia. Non-members are more than welcome and encouraged to attend as a visitor. If you enjoy attending your local group, please consider becoming a member of ABA as it is only through membership that ABA has the funds to continue to provide its services.
Our social gatherings are very informal and while a nominated topic is set for each date, there is always an opportunity to discuss other topics of interest within the group or individually with a counsellor.
Tea and coffee will be provided, however, if possible, a small plate of morning tea would be appreciated. We cannot guarantee that all food at meetings will be allergen free, please notify the counsellor taking the meeting if your child has a food allergy.
