These terms and conditions apply to all purchases from the Australian Breastfeeding Association, unless stated otherwise.
Purchase of membership
Memberships can be purchased via our website. You will receive an email confirming your payment. If you do not receive that email, please contact our National Office on 03 9690 4620.
Your Welcome Pack will be shipped via Australia Post within 7 working days of purchasing a membership. Please allow sufficient time for this to reach you.
The Welcome Pack contains details of how to access member services. You can also visit the members-only section of the website to gain this information immediately, by logging in.
Purchase of Resources
ABA resources are available for purchase via our online shop
All resources, including online resources, are for personal use only.
When purchasing a membership, three  Breastfeeding Booklets can be purchased and shipped along with the Welcome Pack, without incurring additional postage charges. Additional booklet purchases will incur postage charges.
Purchase and Refund Policy
All prices listed are in Australian dollars.
By making a purchase of any service or product, you acknowledge that you agree to pay the stated price.
Purchases can be made using a debit or credit card (Visa or MasterCard) through our secure payment gateway.

Receipts will be issued via email only.
All purchases are final unless required by law.
In extenuating circumstances, we may offer to temporarily suspend a membership, at our discretion.
