Springtime Green Smoothie Bowl

Serves 1

What you need:

  • 1 x cup baby spinach leaves
  • 1 x cup diced and frozen green apple
  • Half a cup of sliced frozen banana
  • 1 tbs sunflower seeds
  • 2 x tbs coconut yoghurt
  • 1 tsp maple syrup

Method:

Pop the lot into a blender and blitz until smooth. Transfer to a breakfast bowl and top with nut butter and granola.
