Springtime Green Smoothie Bowl
Serves 1
What you need:
- 1 x cup baby spinach leaves
- 1 x cup diced and frozen green apple
- Half a cup of sliced frozen banana
- 1 tbs sunflower seeds
- 2 x tbs coconut yoghurt
- 1 tsp maple syrup
Method:
Pop the lot into a blender and blitz until smooth. Transfer to a breakfast bowl and top with nut butter and granola.
