Victorian Branch Office Manager - Australian Breastfeeding Association

19 hours per week (flexible) 

SCHADS Level 5 - $91,553 p.a. pro-rata, excluding super 

This role offers an exciting opportunity to support the Association as we continue to educate towards, and advocate for, a breastfeeding inclusive society.   

As Victorian Branch Administration Manager, you will oversee the operations and administration of the Victorian Branch of the Australian Breastfeeding Association. 

The Australian Breastfeeding Association is Australia’s peak body for the support and promotion of breastfeeding.  The Victorian Branch is a community of thousands of members, supported by hundreds of qualified volunteer breastfeeding counsellors and educators who are there for new parents 24/7. We provide community and connection, including when other care services and supports are inaccessible. The administration manager leads an enthusiastic team who facilitate this important task. 

What you will bring:

  • Experience in managing operations / administration to deliver an efficient and responsive service to internal and external stakeholders. 

  • Tertiary qualifications in business, management, or a relevant field. 

  • Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills. 

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work and collaborate with a diverse range of colleagues, volunteers, and Association members.  

  • Creativity, initiative, and excitement about our mission.

As an employee of a registered charity, you can salary package up to $15,900 each Fringe Benefit Tax (FBT) year for general living expenses.
