Delivery information

A welcome pack and copy of any free books will be sent separately from our Head Office in Melbourne within 7 working days of a membership being purchased. Welcome packs and free books are both sent via Australia Post. Please allow sufficient time for these to reach you from Melbourne, Australia.
The welcome pack contains details of how to access member services or you can find out how to access services immediately by visiting the members-only section of the website

Refunds

Refunds are not available. Membership suspensions are occasionally available in extenuating circumstances.
