Use infant sleep and settling methods that support the breastfeeding relationship/ Counsel clients to manage life changes associated with breastfeeding

Learning objectives: By the end of this training, learners will be able to:

- Develop information and strategies for infant sleep and settling methods that support breastfeeding 

- Communicate infant sleep and settling methods that are compatible with the breastfeeding relationship

- Review infant sleep outcomes and breastfeeding relationship with client

- Assist clients to identify life changes associated with pregnancy, childbirth and lactation

- Counsel clients about life changes associated with breastfeeding

- Assist clients having difficulty adjusting to life changes associated breastfeeding

- Support clients experiencing grief associated with breastfeeding

- Review management of client situation
